Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum

Previously, the museum was a private gallery collector Baron Hans Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, now along with the Reina Sofia and the Prado National Museum, National Gallery of the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum is a center for art in Spain. 

The museum Thyssen, located in the Palace of Villahermosa, features a unique collection of paintings, 13 - 20 centuries that exalts him to the highest pedestal in the art world. Gallery is decorated rooms close thousands of paintings of different eras and trends in the art, many of which are invaluable in world culture. Here you can see fifty masterpieces by artists such as Peter Paul Rubens, Van Gogh, Vittore Carpaccio, Caravaggio, Rembrandt, Albrecht Dürer, Jan van Eyck, Ernst Ludwig Kirchner, Raphael, Titian Vecellio, Pablo Picasso and many other great artists. 

Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 to 19:00. Saturdays temporary exhibitions can be visited until 23:00.
