Bellver Castle

Bellver Castle is situated on a high hill in the city of Palma, on the Spanish island that Mallorca.

Majestic circular building with four towers, in the Gothic style, was built in the early 1300s as a summer residence of King Jaime II.

During its existence, Bellver has witnessed many events, was renovated and completed. Changed owners and the appointment of the castle. Long time within its walls was located prison.

Bellver can be visited from April to September - from 8:00 to 20:00 from October to March - from 8:00 to 19:00. On Sundays, the castle is open until 19:00, and holidays until 17:00.
