Guggenheim Museum Bilbao

Contemporary Art Museum in the Spanish city of Bilbao is one of several branches of the New York Museum of Modern Art Guggenheim. 

The museum is located in a futuristic building on the banks of the river Nervión. Huge building, lined with sheets of titanium, resembles a spaceship. Many compare it with Flowers bloom roses. This unique building architect Frank Gehry recognized structure of our greatest days. 

The museum is a huge number of works of art of the 20th century. In the halls of the following permanent and temporary exhibitions of Spanish and international artists. Here you can see not only traditional painting or sculpture, but also electronic works. Basically, the collection consists of works of abstractions and avant-garde direction. 

In the exhibition halls of the museum housed works by Andy Warhol, Willem de Kooning, Robert Rauschenberg and many other famous artists. 

Guggenheim Bilbao Museum is open to visitors every day except Monday. Hours: 10:00 to 20:00.
