Loro Parque ("Parrot park")
Loro Park or Park parrot is the most visited of the plurality of zoos that are on the island of Tenerife.
The park was opened in 1972. For several decades, significantly increased its area and collection of parrots that live here today is about 4 thousand species. It is the only zoo in the world, numbering so many of these amazing birds. For guests of the park held views, during which parrots ride a scooter, and even read the numbers add up!
Furthermore, Loro Park is another botanical garden. Throughout its territory decorate exotic plants. The park is also known for its large aquarium and dolphinarium.
